Terms and conditions for sale and delivery

You can order products in our webshop for deliveries within the EU Region. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us.

We deliver our products through the Finnish postal service (Itella). The delivery will take place in 1-3 weeks after the date of order.

The delivery costs depend on the destination. You will see the delivery costs when you are submitting your order. The rates are as follows:

Delivery location 1 (18,00 EUR): Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Estonia.
Delivery location 2 (26,00 EUR): Ireland, UK, Italy, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Bulgaria
Finland (smaller products 4,00 EUR, bigger or multiple products 7,50 EUR)

The payment methods available are Visa, MasterCard or prepayment with invoice. If you choose the prepayment option, the invoice will be send to your e-mail address. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. Visa and MasterCard are the easiest options and totally safe for the customer.

Corporate customers purchasing within the EU Region please send your order by e-mail with your VAT number and we will send you a preinvoice (VAT 0 %)

All our products are handmade to meet the needs of each customer. However, if you find a defect in the product or the product is not done according to your order, you have the right to return the product. You must notify us of any missing products or defects promptly following delivery. To return the product, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE! We do not accept returns if the product has already been used or if the product is otherwise damaged by the customer. Return delivery costs are paid by the customer.
